Airbnb management software in Tetouan, from the white medina to the beach.
On one side, the medina, a UNESCO World Heritage site since 1997, rebuilt by Andalusian refugees; on the other, the coast of Martil, Cabo Negro and M’diq, where families come from all over Morocco every summer. Renting out a dar in the white lanes or an apartment facing the Mediterranean? RentDari keeps the calendar, the arrivals and the cleaning in order, in August as in November. It’s a tool you run yourself, or that your property manager uses for you.
Between the medina and the coast, what your rentals ask of you.
What keeps coming up for hosts in Tetouan, Martil and M’diq, from one season to the next.
In July and August, the Martil apartment gets requests on Airbnb, on Booking.com and by phone, sometimes for the same nights.
A family of seven arrives from Fez or from Europe: seven IDs to note down on the landing, among the suitcases.
In the medina, the taxi stops at one of the gates in the walls, and your guest hunts for the dar between whitewashed walls.
On Saturday, three apartments free up on the coast and the cleaning is coordinated by voice notes.
In August, the sea-view apartment doesn’t rent at its November price, and changing rates platform by platform takes you hours.
Platforms and direct bookings share one calendar: a night taken closes everywhere, with no double booking.
Online check-in collects every companion’s identity before they set off; on arrival, all that’s left is handing over the keys.
The welcome book shows the gate to get out at, the walk and a photo of the entrance, in a link sent before the trip.
Each departure creates its task with a deadline; the team finds it in the app and ticks it off once the place is ready.
You set a rate and a minimum stay per period in RentDari, and they go out to Airbnb, Booking.com and Expedia.

Can RentDari manage my apartment in Martil or M’diq for me?
No, RentDari doesn’t manage properties: it’s software. You use it to keep your calendars, prepare arrivals and organise cleaning. If you’d rather delegate, a property manager can run your apartment in RentDari; you then follow bookings, expenses and statements from the owner portal.
RentDari for property managersMy apartment is in Martil or M’diq: is the tourist tax the same as in Tetouan?
Not necessarily: the rate is set by the municipality where the property is, and Martil and M’diq are separate municipalities from Tetouan. For accommodation covered by law 80-14, law 47-06, as amended by law 07-20, provides per person per night 10 to 25 MAD for riads and houses rented to tourists, and 3 to 7 MAD for tourist residences; under-12s are exempt and Airbnb does not collect it in Morocco. Once you know the rate, the free calculator gives the total for a stay.
Calculate the tourist taxA family is coming for three weeks: how do I prepare the police forms?
If your property falls under law 80-14, each guest shows their ID and signs an individual registration form on arrival, whatever the length of stay, and their details are filed online the same day. For a whole apartment outside that framework, check with the local authority. Online check-in collects every family member’s identity before the trip, and the free generator prints the forms: everything is ready for your declaration, which stays on your side.
Generate the police formsCan I have one price for August and another for the shoulder season?
Yes. You create a period per season, with its rate and minimum stay, and RentDari sends them to Airbnb, Booking.com and Expedia. June and September can keep their own prices, between high season and winter.
Does Tetouan have busy dates outside summer?
Yes. The Tetouan Mediterranean Film Festival ran from 3 to 10 October in 2026, and the medina can be visited all year round. For access, the city has its own airport, Tetouan Sania R’mel, and Tangier is about sixty kilometres away. Set your prices for those dates: they go out to your connected channels.
I live in Europe: can I rent out my apartment on the coast without being there?
Yes, if someone on site handles the keys, the cleaning and the unexpected, or if a property manager runs it for you. The mobile app, on iPhone and Android, shows you the calendar, the messages and the tasks. And tax on your rental income is still due in Morocco even if you live abroad: our guide for owners abroad sets it out.
