Does RentDari work for stays of several weeks, or even months?
Yes. A long stay is a booking like any other: the contract signed online, check-in and cleanings scheduled during the stay are all attached to it. Worth knowing: up to 30 days, the rental falls under the Code of Obligations and Contracts (DOC); beyond that, law 67-12 on residential leases may come into play. Can I charge different prices in winter and summer?
Yes. Your rates are set by period and synced with your connected channels.
For a stay of several weeks, does the guest declaration change?
No. For accommodation covered by law 80-14, guests are declared on the day they arrive, whether they stay two nights or six weeks, and the signed registration form is kept for a year. What tourist tax applies to a villa or a residence in Agadir?
Law 47-06 sets ranges per person per night: 10 to 25 MAD for houses rented to tourists, 3 to 7 MAD for tourist residences, with children under 12 exempt; the exact rate is set by the municipality. It applies to accommodation covered by law 80-14, and Airbnb does not collect it in Morocco. Does Agadir host big events too?
Yes: the city hosted AFCON 2025 matches, from 21 December 2025 to 18 January 2026, right in the winter-guest season, and is among the announced host cities for the 2030 World Cup. When long stays and short bookings overlap, the channel manager blocks every night sold on all your channels.
