Preamble
These Terms of Sale (ToS) apply to all sales of subscription services concluded on the site RentDari. The Customer declares that they have read these Terms of Sale and accepted them before placing their order.
Article 1: Prices
The prices of our subscriptions are shown and billed in Euros (€), all taxes included. RentDari reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but the service will be billed on the basis of the rate in force at the time the order is validated.
Article 2: Orders and Subscriptions
The service is accessed by taking out a subscription (monthly or annual). The order is validated once payment has been accepted by our secure payment provider. A confirmation email summarizing the order (service, price, term) is sent to the Customer.
Article 3: Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Payment is made by bank card. Transactions are secured by SSL encryption. RentDari does not store its customers' full bank details.
Article 4: Term and Renewal
The subscription is entered into for the term selected (1 month or 1 year) and is tacitly renewed for an identical term on expiry, unless terminated by the Customer.
Article 5: Termination
The Customer may terminate their subscription at any time from their customer area ("Settings" > "Billing"). Termination takes effect at the end of the current subscription period. No pro rata temporis refund will be made for the period already under way.
Article 6: Right of Withdrawal
- Business Customers: The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts concluded between professionals within the scope of their main activity.
- Consumer Customers (Individuals): In accordance with article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code (and its Moroccan equivalent), you have 14 days in which to exercise your right of withdrawal. However, by starting to use the service (access to the dashboard, document generation) immediately after payment and before the end of that period, you expressly waive that right for the portion already consumed, in order to benefit from the service immediately.
Article 7: Free Plan
The Free plan gives the Customer access to all features of the service, free of charge and without providing any payment method, for an indefinite duration. It is limited to one (1) property and three (3) users per workspace. Paid plans lift these limits, in particular to manage additional properties. If a paid subscription is terminated or not renewed and the workspace exceeds the limits of the Free plan, connections to third-party distribution channels (in particular Airbnb and Booking.com) may be deactivated after a grace period. The Free plan entails no commitment and gives rise to no charge.
