A whole family is arriving: do I have to declare every guest?
For accommodation covered by law 80-14, yes: each guest shows their ID and signs an individual registration form, the police registration form (fiche de police), on arrival, and their details are declared electronically the same day. Do I have to declare my vacation rental income?
Yes: rental income is taxable in Morocco, including for non-resident owners and MRE. Residents file before 1 March. RentDari does not replace your accountant, but it gives them clean figures: revenue, nights and expenses by property and by month.
Can I take direct bookings, by phone or WhatsApp?
Yes. You enter them in the same calendar, and they block the dates on your channels straight away.
How much is the tourist tax in Tangier?
Law 47-06 sets a range per person per night by category: 10 to 25 MAD for riads and houses rented to tourists, 2 to 5 MAD for other forms of accommodation under law 80-14, with children under 12 exempt.
