Airbnb management software in Meknes, midweek and at the weekend.
A former imperial capital, Meknes has been a World Heritage site since 1996, and the Roman ruins of Volubilis, north of the city, since 1997. Work trips during the week, weekend escapes to Bab Mansour, El Hedim square or Moulay Idriss Zerhoun, and every spring the International Agriculture Show: stays change pace from one day to the next. RentDari keeps track of every apartment in the Ville Nouvelle and every riad in the medina. It’s software: management stays in your hands, or your property manager’s.
Between the week and the weekend, what Meknes expects of your rentals.
The situations hosts in the Ville Nouvelle and in the medina have in common.
An engineer books Monday to Thursday on Booking.com, a family from Rabat takes the weekend on Airbnb: the two stays are one night apart.
The guest on a work trip asks for a receipt for their expenses, and you write it out by hand.
The train from Rabat arrives late, and someone has to wait outside the building to hand over the keys.
During SIAM, a night at the end of April is worth far more than an ordinary February night, and the platforms don’t know it.
Your weekend guests want to know how to get to Volubilis, Moulay Idriss or El Hedim square.
One calendar for every channel: each confirmed stay closes its nights everywhere, and back-to-back stays are clear at a glance.
Amount, deposits and balance are attached to the stay; the receipt comes out of the booking in a few clicks.
With a smart lock, the guest gets their code before boarding the train and lets themselves in; the code stops working when they leave.
You set a rate and a minimum stay for those dates, and they go out to Airbnb, Booking.com and Expedia with no retyping.
The welcome book, sent before arrival, brings together your day-trip directions, parking, the WiFi code and your house instructions.
From Monday morning to Sunday night.
Online check-in done, access code sent: they walk out of the station and let themselves in, with the receipt waiting in the booking.
Their departure creates the cleaning task, assigned with a deadline before the next arrival.
The family coming for Volubilis already has the welcome book, and the calendar is up to date on every channel.
Six modules for renting in the imperial city.
All thirteen modules are part of every plan; these six come up most here.
A night booked on Airbnb, Booking.com or Expedia closes on the other two.
One code per stay, sent before arrival, for evening trains and late check-ins.
Deposits, balances and receipts attached to each stay, handy for guests on work trips.
Rates by period, SIAM dates included, sent to your channels.
Volubilis, Moulay Idriss, the medina and your practical addresses in one link.
Revenue and occupancy by property and by month, to spot the periods that pay.

I’m looking for someone to manage my property in Meknes: does RentDari do that?
No: RentDari doesn’t manage any property, it’s the software properties are managed with. You use it yourself, or a property manager uses it for you: channels in sync, arrivals prepared, cleaning organised. In the second case, the owner portal shows you your bookings, expenses and statements.
RentDari for property managersCan I give a receipt to a guest travelling for work?
Yes. Each booking keeps its amount, deposits and balance, and you issue the receipt straight from the stay. For your own obligations, such as declaring your rental income, our guide to short-term renting in Morocco sets out the rules.
Short-term rental in Morocco: the guideI have a riad in the medina: can each room have its own calendar?
Yes. You rent the whole riad or room by room; in that case each room has its own calendar and rate, synced with your channels. Worth knowing: riads and guesthouses fall under law 80-14 and need an operating licence.
RentDari for riadsHow do I prepare guest declarations in my riad?
In an establishment covered by law 80-14, each guest shows their ID and signs an individual registration form on arrival; their details are filed online the same day and the form is kept for a year. RentDari collects each guest’s identity before arrival, and our free generator lays the form out in French and Arabic. The declaration itself remains yours to make.
Generate a police formHow much tourist tax for a riad or a guesthouse in Meknes?
Law 47-06, as amended by law 07-20, frames the amount per person per night: 10 to 25 MAD for a riad, 15 to 30 MAD for a guesthouse, with children under 12 exempt. The municipality sets the exact rate within the range, and Airbnb does not collect this tax in Morocco. Once you know the rate, the free calculator works out each stay.
Calculate the tourist taxWhen is SIAM, and how do I prepare for it?
The International Agriculture Show in Morocco (SIAM) is held in Meknes in spring; its 18th edition ran from 20 to 28 April 2026. As soon as the next edition’s dates are announced, set a rate and a minimum stay for those nights: they go out to all your channels, and cleanings can be planned ahead.
My guests are coming for Volubilis: what should go in the welcome book?
The archaeological site of Volubilis lies north of Meknes, a few kilometres from Moulay Idriss Zerhoun. Put in the welcome book how to get there, the best time to set off, parking and your addresses in the medina: the link goes out before arrival, along with check-in.
