From the dashboard, click “Add a property” then follow the wizard: property type, address, capacity, photos and base price. Your property is ready to take bookings in a few minutes.
The dashboard brings together your key figures: revenue for the month, occupancy rate, today's arrivals and departures, tasks to do and latest bookings. It is your daily starting point.
Open the calendar or the Bookings page, choose the property and the dates, then enter the guest and the amount of the stay. The contract and the automatic messages are then triggered exactly as they are for a channel booking.
Every property has a public booking page. Copy its link from the property record and share it on WhatsApp: the guest picks their dates and books directly, with no platform commission.
In the calendar, select the date range for the property concerned then choose “Block”. The dates become unavailable everywhere, including on Airbnb and Booking.com if the property is connected.
Select dates in the calendar and open the rate editor: you can set a nightly price, a minimum stay and different prices per channel. Changes are synced to the connected channels.
Once PriceLabs is connected, your rates adjust automatically to demand, the season and local events. You stay in control: a manually entered price always takes priority.
From Settings → Integrations, start the connection for the channel you want and follow the authorization steps. Bookings, availability and rates are then synced automatically in both directions through our channel manager.
Yes. For platforms with no API connection, RentDari offers iCal import/export: calendars stay aligned and double bookings are avoided.
The unified inbox brings together all your guest conversations, whatever the channel. You reply from a single inbox, with the full history of the stay in front of you.
Yes. Create templates (arrival instructions, wifi code, checkout reminder…) and schedule them to be sent automatically before arrival, during the stay or after each guest checks out.

From Settings → Team, send an invitation by email and choose a role: admin, manager, cleaning or accountant. Each role only sees what it needs.
