Airbnb management software in Taghazout, from the surf house to the bay apartment.
North of Agadir, on the Essaouira road, Taghazout village lives by the waves: the best surf conditions run from September to March, and surf houses are let by the room, sometimes by the bed. Right next door, the Taghazout Bay resort brings together hotels, golf and apartment residences. RentDari handles both, room by room or property by property. It’s software: you run things yourself, or with your property manager, and you stay in control.
What Taghazout asks of a host, and how RentDari answers.
The situations we see in the village’s surf houses as much as in the bay’s apartments.
Four private rooms and a dorm under one roof: the paper planner no longer says who is sleeping where this week.
From September to March the swell brings in the surfers; in summer, when the ocean calms down, it is more beginners and families, at other prices.
A surf camp week, eight guests from five countries: that many passports to note down on the first evening.
Your Taghazout Bay apartment is waiting for its guest while you are in Casablanca or abroad, and someone has to hand over the keys.
On the day one group leaves and the next arrives, rooms, dorm and shared spaces must be turned in a few hours.
Each room has its own calendar and price, synced with Airbnb, Booking.com and Expedia; dorms are priced per bed.
Your rates are set by period, with last-minute tiers when a week isn’t full, and go out to your connected channels.
Online check-in collects every guest’s ID before arrival, ready for the declaration you make yourself.
With a compatible smart lock, each stay gets its own code for its dates; the welcome book explains access to the residence, the pool and the parking.
Every checkout creates its cleaning tasks, assigned with a deadline and ticked off from a phone.
From the first evening to changeover day.
IDs are already in, and the welcome book has covered access, the WiFi and your recommended spots for each level.
Shared-space cleaning and linen scheduled, ticked off by the team from their phone.
Checkouts launch the cleanings, and the next group has already received its check-in link.
The modules Taghazout hosts open the most.
Every plan includes all thirteen modules; these are the six used most here.
Airbnb, Booking.com and Expedia synced room by room or property by property.
Swell season, quieter summer, last-minute tiers: your prices follow, sent to your channels.
Every group member’s ID collected before arrival, and the contract signed online.
Rooms, dorm and shared spaces turned on changeover day, task by task.
One code per stay for the bay apartment, valid for its dates and removed at checkout.
Residence access, WiFi, your surf schools and board rental shops, in one link.

Does RentDari rent out or manage properties in Taghazout?
No. RentDari is software: it rents nothing out and manages no property on your behalf. You use it to keep your calendars, arrivals and cleanings in order. If your apartment is entrusted to a property manager, they can run it in RentDari and open the owner portal for you to follow bookings, expenses and statements.
RentDari for property managersMy surf house has private rooms and a dorm: how do I sell them?
Each room type has its calendar, its base price, its minimum and maximum stay and an extra-guest charge beyond an included number; dorms are priced per bed. The rooms sync separately with Airbnb, Booking.com and Expedia, and the house keeps its overall view.
The channel managerTaghazout or Agadir: what’s the difference for a host?
The rhythms differ. In Taghazout, the swell sets the pace, stays are often counted in weeks and many houses are let by the room; our Agadir page is more about long winter stays and family summer holidays. If you rent in both, one account is enough: each property keeps its calendar, prices and team.
RentDari in AgadirHow do I declare the guests of a surf camp?
For accommodation covered by law 80-14, each guest signs an individual registration form on arrival, their details are filed electronically the same day and the form is kept for a year. Online check-in collects the whole group’s IDs before arrival; RentDari declares nothing on your behalf. The free generator prepares the bilingual police form (fiche de police) to print.
Generate a police formWhat tourist tax applies to a surf house or an apartment in Taghazout?
It depends on the property’s category under law 80-14. Law 47-06, as amended by law 07-20, sets for example 15 to 30 MAD per person per night for a guesthouse, 3 to 7 MAD for a tourist residence and 2 to 5 MAD for other forms of accommodation; the municipality sets the exact rate, and children under 12 are exempt. The free calculator works it out for a stay.

With a compatible smart lock, each guest receives their code before arrival and lets themselves in; the welcome book explains residence access, parking and the pool. Calendar, messages and cleanings can all be followed in the mobile app, on iPhone and Android.
Smart locksHow do I adjust my prices between the swell season and the summer?
Select the period in the calendar and apply a nightly price, a minimum stay or closed-to-arrival: these prices override your base rate and go out to your connected channels. For a week that isn’t full yet, up to five last-minute tiers lower the price as arrival gets closer.
