Is there an iPhone app?
Yes. The app is available on the App Store for iPhone and iPad, and on Google Play for Android.
Do I need a separate account from the web one?
No. You sign in with the same login and find the same properties, the same team and the same bookings.
Is the app translated?
Yes — French, English, Arabic and Spanish, with Arabic reading right to left.
Can my team use it?
Yes. A cleaner or a service provider opens the app and sees only the jobs assigned to them.
Are there push notifications?
Yes: new booking, check-in submitted, guest message, review received, task assigned. You choose the categories in your settings.
Can I edit a booking from the phone?
Yes: dates, status, payment, notes. The changes go back out to Airbnb and Booking.com exactly as they do from the web.
Does it need an internet connection?
