Terms of Use

Article 1: Purpose

The purpose of these Terms of Use (ToU) is to define how the services of the website and application RentDari, hereinafter referred to as “the Service”, are made available, and the conditions under which the User may use the Service.

Any access to and/or use of the www.rentdari.com website implies acceptance of and compliance with all the terms of these Terms, together with their unconditional acceptance. They therefore constitute a contract between the Service and the User.

Article 2: Access to the service

The Service is accessible free of charge to any User with internet access. All costs relating to access to the Service (computer hardware, software, internet connection) are borne exclusively by the User.

Access to certain sections of the site, in particular the management area (Dashboard), requires the creation of a user account. The User must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

The User is responsible for keeping their credentials (email and password) confidential. RentDari may not be held liable in the event of fraudulent access resulting from negligence on the part of the User.

Article 3: Description of the Services

RentDari is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform providing property rental management tools. Its features include, without limitation:

  • Management of properties (creation, editing, detailed record).
  • Management of tenants and rental agreements.
  • Financial tracking (rent, expenses, receipts).
  • Analytics dashboards.

RentDari reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue access to all or part of the Service, in particular for maintenance operations, without notice and without this giving rise to any right to compensation.

Article 4: Liability of the Publisher

RentDari undertakes to implement every means necessary to guarantee reliable and secure access to the Service. However, it may not be held liable in the event of force majeure or of events beyond its control (network outage, cyber attack, etc.).

Limitation of liability regarding content: RentDari provides management support tools. The documents generated (receipts, contracts) are standard templates. RentDari does not guarantee that they are perfectly suited to the User's specific legal situation. The User is solely responsible for the use they make of the documents and of the data they enter. It is recommended to consult a legal professional to validate complex deeds.

Article 5: Intellectual Property

The trademarks, logos and signs, as well as all the content of the site (text, images, sound, code...), are protected by the Intellectual Property Code and more specifically by copyright.

The User shall seek the site's prior authorization for any reproduction, publication or copying of the various content. The User undertakes to use the content of the site in a strictly private capacity. Use for commercial or advertising purposes is strictly prohibited.

Article 6: Personal Data

In France and in Morocco, personal data is protected by law. RentDari undertakes to respect the confidentiality of the personal data provided by Users and to process it in compliance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and with Moroccan law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

Where the Customer uses the Service to process personal data for which it is the controller, RentDari acts as a processor within the meaning of Article 28 of the General Data Protection Regulation. That processing is governed by the data processing agreement, incorporated by reference into these terms and forming an integral part of them. The Customer accepts it by subscribing to the Service; no separate signature is required. In the event of a conflict with these terms on a data protection matter, the data processing agreement prevails.

Article 7: Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

The applicable legislation is that of Morocco (or France, depending on the final registered office). Should a dispute arising from the interpretation or performance of these Terms of Use not be settled amicably, the competent courts shall be those of the jurisdiction in which the publisher's registered office is located.
