How many owners can I manage?
There is no limit on owners. What changes between plans is the number of managed homes or rooms — you can attach as many owners as you need to that portfolio.
Can my owners see my other mandates?
No. The owner portal is partitioned: each owner sees only their own properties, bookings and statements. Your margins and your other clients stay invisible.
Do my providers need a paid seat?
No. Cleaners, maintenance staff and other providers get a portal with their own jobs, at no billed seat.
Can I set a different commission per mandate?
Yes. Commission is set property by property and appears in that owner’s statement.
