No, children under 12 are exempt. For accommodation covered by law 80-14, law 47-06, as amended by law 07-20, sets a range per person per night by category, for example 10 to 25 MAD for a house rented to tourists or 2 to 5 MAD for other forms of accommodation; the municipality sets the exact rate. For accommodation covered by law 80-14, each guest shows an ID document and signs an individual registration form; their details are filed electronically on the day of arrival and the form is kept for a year. A whole apartment does not always fit these categories, so check with the local authority. RentDari collects the IDs before arrival; the declaration remains yours.
The police form guideWhen are the Moulay Abdallah Amghar moussem and the Horse Show?
The moussem is held every summer in August, in the commune of Moulay Abdallah, El Jadida province, with its tbourida shows; the Horse Show (Salon du Cheval) takes place in the autumn at the Mohammed VI exhibition park, from 13 to 18 October in 2026.
