Airbnb management software in Dakhla, from the lagoon wind to the long winters.
On the Dakhla lagoon, one of the steadiest winds in the world draws kitesurfers for much of the year; in winter, Europeans come for the sun, some for two or three months. From January to April 2026, the city’s classified accommodation recorded 170,000 nights, 30% more than a year earlier. Apartment in town or house near the spots, RentDari handles your short and long stays alike. It’s a tool: you run things yourself, or with the property manager of your choice.
What Dakhla asks of a host, and how RentDari answers.
The situations most hosts in the city keep running into, between kite weeks and whole winters.
A winter guest asks for a monthly price, a kitesurfer for a week, a couple for two nights, and every platform has its own settings.
Two months of rental means an advance payment, a balance, a damage deposit and bank transfers lost somewhere in the messages.
Your guests arrive from Europe and beyond, and every passport is copied out by hand on the night they land.
You get asked which spot suits a beginner, how to reach the White Dune and where to rinse the gear.
You live far from the property, and fourth-week linen gets organised over voice notes.
You set a weekly and a monthly discount as a percentage, applied to your direct quotes and sent to Airbnb, plus minimum stays by period for all your channels.
Each stay keeps its payments, balance and deposit, and the receipt is generated from the booking.
Online check-in collects IDs and contact details before the flight, and the contract for a long stay is signed online before they travel.
The welcome book gathers the route to your favourite spots, the schools and rental shops you trust, the WiFi and the house rules, in one link.
Cleanings and linen changes are scheduled during the stay, and the person on site ticks them off in the mobile app.
Before arrival, during the stay and at checkout.
Contract signed online, advance payment recorded, IDs received: nothing left to do at key handover.
Linen and cleanings scheduled, tasks ticked off from a phone, welcome book always to hand.
Balance and deposit settled in the booking, exit cleaning launched: the property is ready for the next guest.
The modules Dakhla hosts open the most.
All thirteen modules are in every plan; these six are the ones that get used most here.
Weekly and monthly discounts, minimum stays by period and seasonal prices, set once.
Contract signed online and IDs collected before the flight, for two nights or two months.
Each stay’s payments, balance and deposit in one place, with the receipt ready to send.
Airbnb, Booking.com and Expedia synced both ways, long stays included.
Linen and cleanings scheduled during the stay, ticked off by the team on site.

Can RentDari look after my apartment in Dakhla?
Not on your behalf: RentDari is rental management software, not a management company. You use it to keep your channels up to date, prepare each arrival and coordinate whoever does the cleaning. If a property manager runs your property, they can do it in RentDari and open the owner portal for you to follow bookings, expenses and statements.
RentDari for property managersCan I offer a weekly or monthly price for the winter?
Yes. On the property’s Rates page, you set a weekly and a monthly discount as a percentage: they apply to your direct quotes and are sent to Airbnb. You add minimum stays by period, passed on to your connected channels.
PricingFor a two-month stay, what contract should the guest sign?
Up to 30 days, the rental falls under the Code of Obligations and Contracts (DOC); beyond that, law 67-12 on residential leases may apply, so check your situation. For short stays, the free generator prepares a short-term rental contract with the dates, the deposit and the cancellation terms.
Generate a rental contractDo I have to declare a guest who stays all winter?
Yes, as for any stay: for accommodation covered by law 80-14, the declaration is made on the day of arrival, however long the stay, and the signed form is kept for a year. RentDari collects each guest’s ID before arrival; you are the one who declares. The free generator prepares the bilingual police form (fiche de police) to print.
Generate a police formHow is the tourist tax counted on a long stay in Dakhla?
For accommodation covered by law 80-14, it is counted per person per night, within a range set by law 47-06 as amended by law 07-20: for example 3 to 7 MAD in a tourist residence, 2 to 5 MAD for other forms of accommodation. The exact rate is the municipality’s, and children under 12 pay nothing. For a stay of several weeks, the free calculator gives the minimum and maximum total.
Calculate the tourist taxMy guests come for the kite: what goes in the welcome book?
Whatever saves them a call: the route to the lagoon spots you recommend, access to the White Dune, reached by 4x4, your schools and gear rental shops, the WiFi and the house rules. The link goes out before arrival, in a scheduled message.
I live far from Dakhla: can I follow my property remotely?
Yes. Calendar, messages and cleanings can all be followed in the mobile app, on iPhone and Android. The person on site gets their tasks and ticks them off once done: you know the place is ready without boarding a plane.
