Is there a limit on the number of homes or rooms?
The number of homes or rooms depends on the plan, and plans go up to agency-sized portfolios. Beyond that, write to us and we will size it with you.
Can I change rates on several properties at once?
Yes. Pick a date range and the properties concerned, then apply the rate, the minimum stay or the availability in one go.
Do my providers use up a seat?
No. Providers get a portal with their own jobs at no billed seat. Seats cover your internal team.
Do I need locks of a particular brand?
Tuya-compatible locks are supported. Without a smart lock everything else still works — the code is simply shared another way.
