Which locks are compatible?
Tuya smart locks, the platform behind a large share of the models sold in Europe and Morocco. Other manufacturers are added as demand comes in.
What happens if the reservation is cancelled?
The code is removed automatically, exactly as it would be at the end of a normal stay.
Does the guest get the code automatically?
Yes, through the scheduled arrival message, alongside the welcome book instructions.
What if the lock is offline?
RentDari retries and flags the failure, so you can arrange a backup access before arrival.
