Fewer nights undersold
The price rises when demand rises, instead of sitting on a rate decided back in January.
PriceLabs needs your properties, your calendar and your history to work. RentDari sends them over, collects the prices, and distributes them across your channels — without you opening a spreadsheet.
You send the raw material — properties, calendar, history. PriceLabs sends prices back. RentDari then pushes them to your channels.

A price you set by hand on a date still wins over the PriceLabs recommendation: automation never takes the final call away from you.

As the date approaches the price comes back down on its own rather than leaving the night unsold.
No more downloading a file from PriceLabs to retype it elsewhere: prices arrive and leave by themselves.
Floor, ceiling and hand-set prices keep priority — the engine works inside your bounds.
Your PriceLabs API key is stored once, for your whole portfolio.
RentDari creates the listing on the PriceLabs side and sends it the calendar and history the engine needs.
Every day RentDari collects the recommended prices and pushes them to Airbnb, Booking.com and Expedia.

Is the PriceLabs subscription included?
No. PriceLabs is a third-party service you pay for separately; RentDari provides the connection at no extra cost.
Who wins between PriceLabs and a price I set?
You do. A price entered by hand on a date beats the PriceLabs recommendation, which in turn beats your base rate.
Is minimum stay picked up as well?
Yes. Minimum-stay recommendations and the floor/ceiling bounds arrive along with the prices.
What if PriceLabs stops responding?
The last known prices stay applied and the incident is flagged to you — your listings are never left without a rate.
Seven days with every feature to let PriceLabs do the work and RentDari distribute the result.
