Works with almost anything
Any platform, any guest house, any spreadsheet that publishes an .ics link can feed your calendar.
When a platform has no API, it almost always has an iCal link. RentDari imports it, and publishes its own feed in return — so even your most obscure channels stay in the loop.
An iCal calendar carries busy dates, nothing else. That is its limit — and, where personal data is concerned, its virtue.
| Data | RentDari → iCal | iCal → RentDari |
|---|---|---|
| Availability | Synced | Synced |
| Your direct reservations (Published in your feed as busy dates.) | Synced | Not applicable |
| Imported stays (Turned into blocks on your calendar.) | Not applicable | Synced |
| Rates (The iCal format carries no prices.) | Not applicable | Not applicable |
| Guest data (No name, no email and no phone number travels.) | Not applicable | Not applicable |
iCal is a safety net, not a replacement: for Airbnb, Booking.com and Expedia the API connection carries far more, and without the delay.
Any platform, any guest house, any spreadsheet that publishes an .ics link can feed your calendar.
You paste a link and RentDari re-reads it every hour. No authorisation to request.
The feed you publish contains busy dates only: no name, no email, no amount.
What RentDari imports from a channel is never sent back to that channel, so no phantom blocks.
The iCal link the external channel gives you is added to the property concerned.
RentDari hands you a link to paste at the platform, so it can see your busy dates.
Every hour RentDari re-reads the remote feed and updates yours.

Does iCal replace the API connection?
No. iCal only carries dates, up to an hour behind. For Airbnb, Booking.com and Expedia, always prefer the API connection.
How many feeds can I add per property?
As many as you need. Each link is read separately and the blocks add up.
Is my export link public?
It is not indexed and contains no personal data, but it is still a secret: whoever holds it can see your busy dates. Treat it like a password.
Do rates travel over iCal?
No, the format has no notion of price. Distributing rates requires an API connection.
