Airbnb management software in Morocco: 2026 comparison
Hostly, KribOS, Welcomax, Node, Lodgify, Guesty, Smoobu and RentDari: published prices with their dates, who each is for, and the criteria that matter in Morocco.
In Morocco, Airbnb management software has to do more than sync two calendars. It has to run a riad room by room, prepare the police form, help work out the tourist tax, speak Arabic to part of the team and report to owners who often live abroad.
This comparison is written by the RentDari team: we are one of the tools compared. To keep it useful, every price is the one the vendor publishes, read on the date given, and we also say when another tool will suit you better.
The criteria that matter in Morocco
- Channel manager: Airbnb and Booking.com at least, Expedia for international guests, with dates closed everywhere as soon as a booking lands.
- Room-level management: essential for a riad or guesthouse, where you sell rooms rather than a whole home.
- Police form and identities: online check-in that collects each guest’s ID before arrival. No software declares guests for you; the right one gets the details ready.
- Tourist tax: an amount per person per night, within the law 47-06 range, which the tool should at least show as its own line on the invoice.
- Languages and team: an Arabic interface for the team on site and cleaning tasks on a phone.
- Owners at a distance: statements and an owner portal if you manage for Moroccans living abroad.
- Price and currency: a subscription in dirhams or euros, per home or per tier, and what is really included.

The Moroccan tools
Hostly
Hostly targets property managers and owners in Morocco, with a per-home price in dirhams. Its site highlights AI auto-replies, lock codes, cleaning and owner statements. A good choice if you want to pay in dirhams, home by home.
KribOS
KribOS presents itself as a cockpit that replaces Excel and WhatsApp: bookings, channels, prices and payments. Its monthly tiers in dirhams suit those who prefer a flat fee to a per-home price.
Welcomax
Welcomax comes from hospitality: a PMS and channel manager for hotels, riads and guesthouses, in French, English and Arabic, on quote. If you run a classified establishment with a front desk, restaurant and hotel invoicing, it is probably the best fit on this list.
The international tools
Node
A French vendor, Node targets property managers, with an offer for Morocco and a per-home entry price in euros.
Lodgify
Lodgify is strong on the direct-booking website. It takes a 1.9% commission on direct bookings except on its Ultimate plan. Details in our Lodgify comparison.
Guesty
Guesty serves large portfolios. Above three listings the price moves to a quote, with set-up fees often mentioned. See our Guesty comparison.
Smoobu
Smoobu starts at €29 a month and charges for dynamic pricing as an option, €12.99 per home. See our Smoobu comparison.
And RentDari?
RentDari puts all thirteen modules in every plan: a channel manager for Airbnb, Booking.com and Expedia, a calendar per room, online check-in with identities ready for your declaration, contracts signed online, cleaning and tasks, smart locks, statements and an owner portal. The interface and support are in French, Arabic, English and Spanish. The Free plan covers one home or room with no time limit; the subscription is paid in euros.
What it doesn’t do: it doesn’t declare your guests to the authorities, it doesn’t run a restaurant till, and dynamic pricing goes through PriceLabs, an optional connection.
Choosing in three questions
- Do you sell rooms, in a riad or guesthouse? Rule out tools that only think in whole homes. See the riad page.
- Do you manage for owners? You need generated statements and an owner portal. See the property manager page.
- Do you run a classified hotel? A hotel PMS such as Welcomax will fit better than short-term rental software.
